Arlanda Express Conceptual interior design The Arlanda Express transports thousands of travellers between Stockholm and Stockholm Arlanda International Airport. The new interior proposal was based on a user-centerd approach, where the challenge was to differentiate the customers, without being excluding. The process discovered new possible concepts for airport express trains. The 20 minute train ride should give an impression of totally new train, rather than a facelift of the exisiting. The experience in the new train is proposing new services that brings the notion of ?part of the flight? even further - with included CUSS (Common Use Self Service) check in, already at the moment you leave Stockholm Centralstation, giving an opportunity to busy travellers to cut travel time.
